"What Managers Most Want to Know about Leadership" .pdf
The results of ‘The High Points Survey on Leadership' have been compiled from data generated by nearly 1,000 respondents, and their answers to the question, “What are the five things you would most like to know about leadership?”
Researched by Jerry Strom, as part of the ‘Six Core Competencies of Leadership’ Seminar Series, the report covers 3 years of survey data. The focus of this study was to determine what gaps in understanding about leadership exist within the workforce. Participants represented a broad spectrum of occupations, educational backgrounds, and management positions.
The study was geographically diverse covering the continental U.S., and Hawaii; ethnically diverse; and diverse in the respondents' level of career experience.
